In 2003 the company was operating as an alarm response company only, under a different name and changed the name to Rapid Alarm Response Services in early 2007. In late 2007 Secure Protection Services was Introduced to the business and residential community of Calgary and the surrounding areas. Both Rapid Alarm Response and Secure Protection were kept separate as two different companies making Secure protection as the parent company. Since its inception the company has grown substantially due to professionalism, excellent customer service and support as well as an exceptional aggressive experienced management team who focuses on the needs and requirements of its clients and employees. Today we have the largest fleet of mobile patrol units in the city of Calgary and operate on a 24/7 365 day a year basis. We have a dispatch control center in place to take any after-hours calls from clients and emergency requests to ensure the security needs are met for anyone requiring our services regardless of the time of day.
